摘要
采用一般自我效能感量表和情绪调节量表,对1073名青少年进行调查,考察一般自我效能感对青少年情绪调节的影响机制。结果表明:(1)一般自我效能感和积极情绪调节策略与情绪调节能力存在显著的正相关,和消极情绪调节策略的大部分维度存在显著的负相关;(2)一般自我效能感不只对情绪调节能力发挥直接影响作用,而且通过积极情绪调节策略和消极情绪调节策略对情绪调节能力发挥间接影响作用。结论:情绪调节策略在自我效能感对情绪调节能力的影响中发挥中介效应。
With the purpose to explore the impact of self-efficacy on adolescents' emotion regulation, this study surveyed the number of 1073 adolescents by the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). The results included: (1) there was statistically significant positive correlation between general self-efficacy, positive emotion regulation strategies and emotion regulation competence performance, and (2) the general self-efficacy had direct and indirect effect on emotion regulation competence performance and the indirect effect was through positive and negative emotion regulation strategies. The conclusion is the emotion regulation strategies have a mediating effect on the impact of self-efficacy on emotion regulation competence performance.
