摘要
为获取连续采煤机齿轮箱实际系统的模态参数,对连续采煤机装运齿轮箱进行了试验系统的搭建,并在箱体上布置了72个测点。采用polyMAX试验模态参数识别法,得到齿轮箱在动态情况下的实际状况数据。通过对齿轮箱的模态试验和理论分析,识别出齿轮箱各阶模态参数,给出齿轮箱结构变化情况以及各部分的设计弱点,为齿轮箱的动态优化设计、制造与维修提供依据。
In order to get the actual system modality parameters of the gearbox on the continuous miner,the establishment of the experiment system was conducted on the gathering and conveying gearbox on the continuous miner and there were 72 measuring points set on the gearbox.The polyMax experiment modality parameter distinguishing method was applied to obtain the actual status data of the gearbox under the dynamic conditions.With the modality experiment and theoretical analysis on the gearbox,each stage modality parameter of the gearbox was distinguished and the structure variation condition of the gearbox and the shortage of each section design were provided which could provide the basis to the dynamic optimized design,manufacturing and maintenance of the gearbox.
