摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病合并肺部真菌感染患者免疫球蛋白、补体C3与合并肺部真菌感染的关系。方法采用高压液相法测定糖化血红蛋白、透射比浊法测定血清免疫球蛋白、免疫比浊法测定补体C3。结果单纯T2DM组与正常对照组相比IgA、IgG、补体C3均有显著性差异(P<0.05);T2DM合并肺部真菌感染组与单纯T2DM组及正常对照组相比IgA、IgG、补体C3均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病免疫球蛋白和补体水平存在改变或失衡、肺部真菌感染和糖化血红蛋白升高加重了2型糖尿病免疫球蛋白和补体的失衡。
Objective Through detection of immune globulin, complement C3 in patients of type 2 diabetes combined with pulmonary fungal infection, this study was to examine the relationship between immune parameters and type 2 diabetes combined with pulmonary fungal infection. Methods Measures were studied on glycosylated hemoglobin by high pressure liquid method, serum immunoglobulins by transmission turbidity method, and complement C3 by immnne trubidimetric method. Result Compared with the normal control group, IgA, IgG, complement C3 of simple T2DM group were significantly different (P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with the simple T2DM group and nonnM control group, fgA, lgG, complement C3 of type 2 diabetes combined with pulmonary fungal infection group were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There are changes or imbalances of immunoglobulin and complement level in T2DM patients. Pulmonary fungal infection and elevated glycated hemoglobin in T2DM may increase this kind of imbalance.
