摘要
研究了甘氨酸在001×70,01×4和D061 3种阳离子树脂上离子交换动力学过程,对甘氨酸在3种离子交换树脂上的扩散过程控制步骤进行分析。使用间歇式搅拌槽法分别测定了不同温度下甘氨酸在001×7,001×4和D061树脂上的吸附曲线,估算了颗粒扩散系数和相间传质系数,并比较了3种阳离子交换树脂吸附甘氨酸的特性。结果表明:甘氨酸阳离子交换树脂上的吸附速率、颗粒扩散系数和液膜扩散系数都随着温度的升高而增大。甘氨酸在树脂上的最大交换量顺序为:001×4>001×7>D061。甘氨酸在树脂中的扩散系数的大小顺序为:D061>001×4>001×7。根据Helfferich准数可知,甘氨酸在3种离子交换树脂上的扩散过程属于液膜扩散控制。
The kinetics of ion exchange of glycine on 001×7, 001 ×4 and D061 cation exchange resins was investigated, and the control step of the diffusion process of glyeine on 001 ×7,001 ×4 and D061 cation exchange resins was analyzed. The uptake curves of glyeine on three cation exchange resins were determined in batch stirred tanks at different temperatures. The particle diffusion coefficients and the interphase mass transfer coefficients were estimated, and the characteristics of three cation exchange resins were compared. The results show that with the temperature rise, the rate of uptake of glycine on three cation exchange resins, the particle diffusion coefficients and the liquid membrane diffusion coefficients increase. The order of the maximal uptake of glycine on the three cation resins is 001 × 4 〉 001 × 7 〉 D061. The order of the diffusion coefficients of glycine on three cation resins is D061 〉 001 × 4 〉 001 × 7. Based on the Helfferich numbers, the mass transfer process of glycine taken up on three cation resins is dominated by the film diffusion.
