Separation and recovery of waste polyester by enzymatic

摘要 采用纤维素酶对废弃涤棉混纺纤维水解分离并对分离工艺进行优化。通过单因素实验和正交试验,考察了酶浓度、底物浓度、pH值、作用时间等因素对分离效果的影响。研究表明,影响因素的显著性大小依次为:酶浓度>底物浓度>酶解时间>pH值。最优分离工艺为:酶浓度2%,底物浓度3%,酶解时间36 h,pH值为5。反应后的涤纶成纤维状,达到回收的目的。 Waste blended fibers of polyester-cotton were hydrolyzed and separated by cellulase and the process was optimizated. The effect of enzyme concentration, substrate concentration, pH and reaction time on the separation were also optimized through single-factor and orthogonal tests. The result shows that the affecting factors can be ranked in the following order: enzyme concentration 〉 substrate concentration 〉 reaction time 〉 pH. The optimal separation is: 2% of enzyme concentration, 3% of substrate concentration, 36h reaction time and pH 5. The polyester became fibrous after recation and can then be recovered.
