摘要
建设项目实施过程中发生变更,会对项目的进度、成本、质量控制以及各方的协调都带来一定影响。本文根据"07标准"有关条款,对工程变更的计量、计价以及变更价款支付进行阐释,并就加强管理、减少变更提出建议。
Engineering changes will impact on the schedule control, cost control, quality control and coordination of all parties in the implementation process of project. According to the related clauses in 2007 version of the stan- dard, explains the engineering change measurement, engineering change pricing and payment of price change, and puts forward some advices for reinforcing management and reducing the change.
