摘要 为了给自适应控制方案提供实时修改PID调节参数的输入接口,开发了FCS165现场总线控制系统高级PID功能块(APID)。在自动控制、跟踪及强制3种控制方式下,当控制量越限时可将其始终限制在设定的输出上下限内,以及在每个运算周期都需要实时对积分环节进行APID抗积分饱和和无扰切换等特殊处理。 In order to provide with input interface for the designed self - adaptive control system to modify PID regulating parameters in real- time,An advance PID function module for FCS165 fieldbus control system has been developed, three operation modes, namely automatic control mode, tracking mode, and compulsory mode, being given by the said module. Under condition of three said modes, if the controlled values is exceeding limits, they can between upper and lower limits of the output, and out in real time for each operation period, such as be confined from begining to end within a set range a special treatment in integral links has to be carried anti- saturation in the integral,and bumpless switch over etc..
