摘要
实时超声弹性成像是近年发展起来的超声诊断新技术,在甲状腺肿瘤的诊断以及淋巴结良恶性鉴别方面的研究正逐渐展开。超声弹性成像图像评分及弹性应变率比值有助于甲状腺单发结节以及淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断。弹性成像技术弥补了常规超声的不足,将弹性超声技术与常规超声、彩色多普勒相结合,可以提高甲状腺结节和淋巴结良恶性病变的诊断准确性。在此就弹性成像在甲状腺及颈部淋巴结疾病中的应用价值进行综述。
Real-time elastosonography is a new technicque in recent years,it is radually developed,in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer and malignancy identification of lymph disease.Elastography images score and elastic strain ratio contributed to differential diagnosis of benign or malignant in the solitary thyroid tumors and lymph nodes.The elastosonography makes up for the deficiency of conventional ultrasound,when it is combined with conventional ultrasound and color Doppler,it can improve diagnostic accuracy of malignant or benign in thyroid tumors and lymph node.Here is to makea review on the application value of elastosonography in the diagnosis of thyroid and cervical lymph disease.
