摘要
针对自动测试系统(Automatic Test System,ATS)中信息共享和测试仪器互操作能力差的问题,应用XML(eXlensible Markup Language)语言描述复杂装备ATS的测试仪器,实现测试仪器的跨平台交换与数据共享。采用XML Schema的UML建模方法,对测试仪器进行了建模分析,实现了测试仪器描述层的互操作性,提高了ATS测试仪器建模的开发效率。
Aiming at the problems of information sharing and interoperability in ATS (Automatic Test System), XML (eXtensible Markup Language)was used to describe the test instruments for ATS of complicated equipment,the exchange of test instruments and data sharing were achieved between different ATSs. The UML modeling method in XML Schema has been used,and adapting XML Schema as ATS modeling language ensures the interoperation of description layer for test instrument and improves the develonment efficiencv of ATS test instrument.
