摘要
我国学前教育的区域发展不均衡情况严重,目前学前教育财政投入一方面存在投入严重不足的问题,另一方面存在有限的教育资源不能公平分配的问题。以陕西省学前教育发展的财政投入政策为例进行实证分析,要实现学前教育区域均衡发展目标,政府财政投入必须重点保障学前教育的基础性需求,确保学前教育资源配置的区域均衡,完善学前教育资助制度。
There are some problems in pre-school education such as uneven development,insufficient investment and unfair allocation of resources.This paper takes Shaanxi Province as an example and puts forward some measures that the government＇s financial investment should focus on the basic security of pre-school and pre-allocation of resources in order to ensure regional balance and improve pre-school education funding system.
