摘要
目的对疗效未愈的出院病例进行科学地评价,分析影响疗效的因素,探寻降低医院出院患者的未愈率的方法。方法借助病案统计系统,从中提取出我院近3年出院患者中疗效为未愈的病案,并结合病案找出其未愈的因素。结果调查显示病情重、年龄大、未参保及自行放弃诊疗分别构成患者未愈的四大因素。结论在新形势下,出院疗效受到社会卫生体制、医院管理水平、患者病情及经济条件等多方面因素的影响。医院管理部门应把握住影响出院疗效的可控因素,降低出院未愈率,维护医院医疗安全及和谐医疗环境。
Objective To make scientific systemic evaluation of not cured cases, analyze the factors which affect curative effect, explore ways to reduce the rate of non-cure. Methods To collect cases with non-cure of discharged patients nearly 3 years according to medical record statistical system. To identify the factors of non-cure combined with medical records. Results Survey shows that severe illness, older, uninsured and give up themselves were the four factors cause non-cure. Conclusion In the new situation, rate of non-cure was affected by social health system, hospital management level, patient and economic conditions, and many other factors. Hospital management should grasp the controllable factors, reduce the rate of non-cure, maintain hospital medical care safe and harmonious environment.
