摘要
目的为进一步完善HIS系统的功能结构,研究随访模块的设计和实现途径,使随访工作更加便捷和有效率。方法通过阅读大量文献、对传统的随访方式的调查分析以及走访病案室工作人员对随访工作的意见,提出了该院HIS系统增加随访模块的构想。结果对恶性肿瘤病人随访提出了构建5个模块:(1)设计随访模块流程图;(2)设计随访模块中患者回访信息单及网络回访单;(3)确定随访模块中的随访内容;(4)随访模块中随访方式的确定;(5)随诊资料中的查询检索方式的应用。结论随访模块应用于医院的HIS系统中将带来良好的社会效益和经济效益。既拉近了医患间的距离,也使患者返院就诊率提高,为科研提供可靠及时的研究依据。
Objective To further improve the HIS system function structure, research design and implementation of follow-up module, make follow-up work more convenient and efficient. Methods The idea of adding follow-up module to HIS system was proposed after reading a lot of literature, investigating and analyzing the traditional follow-up visit, and visiting medical record staff on the follow-up work. Results Follow-up module of cancer patients is constructed of 5 parts. （ 1 ） design Bow chart of follow-up module（2） design patient information sheet and network return visit sheet （3） contents of follow-up module （4） methods of follow-up module（5）the use of inquire and retrieval mode. Conclusion The follow-up module can bring good social and economic benefits. Not only shortened the distance between doctors and patients, but also improved re-treatment rate, meanwhile provided reliable timely research basis.
