摘要
目的探讨三维适形放疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法对2003年1月至2007年12月住院行三维适形放射治疗的48例非小细胞肺癌患者和同期住院采用常规放射治疗的36例非小细胞肺癌患者进行对比研究,比较两种治疗方法的疗效及不良反应。结果三维适形放疗治疗的总有效率和3年生存率显著高于传统放疗组,(P<0.05);放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎等毒副作用发生率以及复发和远处转移率显著低于传统放疗组,(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放射治疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌具有很好的近期和远期疗效,且毒副作用低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy （3DCRT） for patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Do comparative analysis of 48 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who treated by three dimensional conformal radiation therapy and 36 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who treated by routine radiation therapy during January 2003 to December 2007, Compare curative effects and adverse effects of two treatment effects. Results The overall effective （CR＋PR） rate and 3-year survival rate of the 3DCRT group were significantly higher than the traditional radiation group, （P〈0.05）.Side effects such as radioactive dermatitis and radioactive esophagitis, recurrence and distant metastasis rate were significantly lower than traditional radiation group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 3DCRT has good recent and forward curative effects to locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer, with low side effects, which worth clinical application.
