摘要
目的观察金胆片治疗慢性胆囊炎肝胆湿热证的疗效。方法将66例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例,予口服金胆片;对照组32例,予口服消炎利胆片,4周为1个疗程。观察患者症状体征积分、临床总有效率。结果治疗后,治疗组右上腹疼痛积分、右上腹压痛积分及总积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论金胆片治疗慢性胆囊炎肝胆湿热证有较好疗效,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jindan tablet on chronic cholecystitis with the syndrome type of damp heat in liver and gallbladder. Methods Sixty - six cases of chronic cholecystitis were divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 34） received Jindan tablet, and the control group （ n = 32） received Xiaoyanlidan tablet. Four weeks were considered as one course. The symptoms and physical signs grades and total efficacy rates were observed after treatment. Results After treatment, the pain and pressing pain grades at right upper quadrant of abdomen and total grades in the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. The clinical total efficacy rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jindan tablet has good effect in treating chronic cholecystitis with the syndrome type of damp- heat in liver and gallbladder. It＇s worth to be popularized and applied in clinical treatment.
