地衣芽孢杆菌抗菌蛋白与化学药剂复配对灰葡萄孢菌的增效作用 被引量:2

Synergistic Effects of the Combination of the Antifungal Protein from Bacillus licheniformis and Chemic Germicide on Botrytis cinerea

摘要 [目的]为了减少化学药剂使用,发挥生物防治效果,进行了地衣芽孢杆菌抗菌蛋白与化学药剂复配对灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)的增效试验。[方法]采用菌落直径抑制法测定了地衣芽孢杆菌抗菌蛋白与化学药剂腐霉利、啶酰菌胺复配对灰葡萄孢菌的增效作用。[结果]测定结果表明:抗菌蛋白、腐霉利、啶酰菌胺各单剂对灰葡萄孢菌的EC50值分别为30.2799、1.2495、3.0067 mg/L。当抗菌蛋白与腐霉利以1∶1或1∶5比例复配时,EC50值分别为1.0416、4.4056 mg/L,共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。比较这2个组合,以1∶1比例复配的增效作用最强,共毒系数最高,达230.4114。抗菌蛋白与啶酰菌胺复配,没有增效作用。 In order to extend biocontrol and reduce the dosage of chemical germicides,the synergistic effect of the compound of the antifungal protein from Bacillus licheniformis and procymidone or boscalid,respectively on Botrytis cinerea was determined.[Methods] The experiments were performed by the method of colony diameter inhibited.[Results] The results showed that the EC50 values of the antifungal protein,procymidone and boscalid on the pathogen were 30.2799,1.2495 and 3.0067 mg/L respectively.The synergistic effects of the combination were prominent when the concentration proportions of the antifungal protein and procymidone were 1∶1 and 1∶5,and the EC50 values of the combination were 1.0416 and 4.4056 mg/L respectively.Also,the synergistic coefficients were over 120.In addition,the synergistic effect of the proportion 1∶1 was stronger than that of the proportion 1∶5,and the synergistic coefficient at proportion 1∶1 was 230.4114.However,there was no synergistic effect when the antifungal protein was mixed with boscalid.
