摘要
根据目前外科专业学位研究生的培养目标要求和生源情况,针对其临床与科研两方面能力,进行临床二三级学科临床科室轮转以及读书报告、文献综述等相关训练,以期达到提高外科专业学位研究生培养质量的目标。
Based on the educational program and present source of master＇s degree candidates of surgery,this paper proposes trainings clinical and research capacities in resident rotation in second-and third-level disciplines,research article report and literature review to attain the goal of improving the quality of graduate education.
