调强放射治疗在头颈部癌中的应用

摘要 近年来调强放射治疗(intensity—modulated radiotherapy,IMRT)放射治疗在头颈部癌的临床治疗中具有重要的地位。IMRT将射线剂量作用于靶向组织,而对正常组织的剂量显著减少。IMRT在头颈部癌中对腮腺唾液腺有良好的保护作用。目前IMRT已经应用于在不同部位的头颈部癌中。加强质量控制,加强影像学指导下的靶区优化是下一步IMRT发展的方向。
