摘要
e帮助系统能够实现良好的信息检索系统用户体验,研究用户的信息检索学习行为是建立e帮助系统的前提。本文依据课题组完成的不同帮助干预下数据库用户学习高级检索方法的实验,分析了不同帮助干预下数据库用户的信息检索学习行为的试错特征,重点关注不同帮助干预下数据库用户学习高级检索方法的效果差异,并获得了有价值的分析结论,在此基础上提出了构建e帮助系统的建议。
E-learning system can help users to achieve a good user experience in information retrieval systems.Prerequisite for the construction of e-learning system is to study the learning behavior of the users.This paper analyzed the learning behavior of database user under different kinds of help,focusing on the effect of learning advanced search.On the basis of final analysis conclusion,this paper some suggestions about the construction of e-learning system.
