摘要
采用顶空-固相微萃取法从梵净山翠峰茶叶中提取挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱法分析其组成成份。结果表明:从一级及特级茶叶中分别鉴定了相对含量大于0.50%的化合物40个;主要挥发性成分有壬醛(9.11%)、十一醛(6.17%)、戊醇(4.75%)、1-辛烯-3-醇(4.18%)、2,3-辛二酮(3.64%)、1-辛醇(3.14%)、雪松醇(3.13%)、芳樟醇(2.96%)、辛醛(2.59%)、己醛(2.53%)。脂肪醛、脂肪醇及脂肪酮是梵净山翠峰茶的主要赋香成分。
The volatile components of Fanjingshan'Cuifeng' tea were extracted using solid phase microextraction (SPME), and then were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The results showed that fifity compounds were identified from Fanjingshan 'Cuifeng' tea. The main constituents of Fangjingshan 'Cuifeng' tea were Nonanal ( 9. 11% ), Undecanal ( 6. 17 % ), 1-Pentanol ( 4. 75 % ), Matsutake alcohol ( 4. 18 % ), 2,3-Octanedione ( 3. 64%), 1-Octanol(3. 14%) ,Cedrol(3.13%) ,Linalool(2.96%) ,Octanal(2.59%), Hexanal(2.53%).
