摘要
目的 总结复合性颅脑创伤的诊断和治疗经验.方法 回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2010年12月救治146例复合性颅脑创伤患者的诊疗抢救措施,并对其疗效进行判断.结果 在救治的患者中恢复良好37 例（25.34%）,中残51 例（34.93%）,重残27 例（18.49%）,植物生存6 例（4.11%）,死亡25 例（17.12%）.结论 及时有效的院外急救,迅速诊断,准确评估病情,科学的抢救方法,可提高成功率.
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment for the patients with composite traumatic brain injury. Methods A retrospective analysis that the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for 146 patients with complex traumatic brain injury in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 was assessed. Results In the patients with treatment, 37 patients （25.34%） recovered well, 51 patients （34.93%） suffered from moderate disability, 27 patients （18.49%） remained severe disability, 6 patients （4.11%） lived in vegetative state in, 25 patients （17.12%） died. Discussion The timely and effective pre-hospital care, rapid diagnosis, accurate assessment of the condition and the scientific rescue can improve the survival rate of the patients with composite traumatic brain injury.
