摘要
通过对全市28家医疗机构消毒灭菌器械敷料集中管理,全市医疗质量和经济效益明显提高。消毒供应中心集中式管理实施效果明显,增强了消毒供应中心以用户为中心的服务理念;器械敷料周转利用率增高;器械清洗、消毒及灭菌质量显著提高。区域化消毒供应中心的建立既保证提供合格消毒物品,又能避免重复投资建设,实现资源共享,避免医院感染发生,保证医疗安全。
Through centralized management of disinfected and sterilized equipment and dressings of 27 medical agencies in Liyang, we improved medical quality and economic benefit significantly. The centralized management of central sterile supply department could strengthen the service idea of user centralization, increase circulating utilization rate of equipment and dressings, improve the quality of equipment cleaning, disinfection and sterilization. The establishment of regional central sterile supply department could guarantee to provide qualified disinfection articles, avoid duplication of investment and construction, achieve resources sharing, avoid hospital infection, and assure medical safety.
