慢性阻塞性肺疾病血清神经激肽A的变化及其作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 通过探讨神经激肽A(NKA)在不同程度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的变化及其与肺功能的关系,研究NKA在COPD中的作用.方法 用酶联免疫方法检测血清NKA含量,同时分析血清NKA含量与一秒钟用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pre)及与BODE指数的相关关系.结果 AECOPD患者、COPD缓解期患者血清NKA浓度(pg/ml)分别为:367.09±173.41,163.47±104.0,与健康对照组血清NKA浓度(60.25±19.33)比较,P〈0.05;不同程度AECOPD患者血清NKA浓度比较,t=4.74(P〈0.05);AECOPD患者血清NKA浓度与FEV1%pre呈负相关,r=-0.333(P〈0.05);AECOPD与COPD缓解期患者血清NKA浓度与BODE指数均呈正相关,rs=0.351,rs=0.384,(P〈0.05).结论 NKA与COPD病情关系密切,提示其参与了COPD的发病过程,通过加重气道痉挛及重塑从而影响患者肺功能可能是其作用机制之一. Objective To investigate the role of Neurokinin A(NKA) in the pathogenesis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease( COPD ) ,by detecting the concentration and analyzing the relationship with hmg function and BODE in COPD patients. Methods The content of N KA from serum was detected by ELISA. At the same time,to analyze the level of NKA,the relationship of NKA with FEV1% pre and BOI)E. Results The level of serum NKA was significantly higher in /he AECOPD [ ( 367.09± 173.41 ) pg/ml ] and remisstion stage [ ( 163.47 ±104.02 ) pg/ml ] than normal group [ ( 60.25 ± 19.33 } pg/ml ], P 〈 0.05. In different degrees of AECOPD, the level of serum N KA was s ignificanee too,t = 4.74(P 〈 0.05}. NKA cnneentration of AECOPD was negatively correlated with FEVI % pre (r = -0. 333, P 〈0.05). The AECOPD and remission COPD NKA concentration was positively correlated with BODE (rs = 0. 351 ,rs = 0. 384 ,P 〈0. 051. Conclusion These resuhs support that NKA is an important factor of COPI),and may be involved in the tracheobronchial spasm and airway remodling process in COPD.
