摘要
以尿素和硝酸铅为原料,分别以聚乙二醇2000(PEG2000),十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为模板剂,通过控制反应温度,采取化学沉淀法合成碳酸铅(PbCO3)和碱式碳酸铅(Pb3(CO3)2(OH)2)。样品结构经粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和傅立叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征。结果表明:当PbCO3在95℃,Pb3(CO3)2(OH)2在105℃下,反应5 h,溶液pH值在5.5以上时,产率均可超过80%;MEDUSA软件模拟发现温度间接影响PbCO3和Pb3(CO3)2(OH)2的生成。
Cerussite ( PbCO3 ) and hydrocerussite ( Pb3 ( CO3 ) 2 (OH) 2 ) were synthesized by chemical precipitation through controlling reaction temperature using urea and lead nitrate as raw materials, polyethylene glycol ( PEG 2000), cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide ( CTAB), and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) as template, and the formation products were characterized using X ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry (Fr-IR) techniques. The results show that when the solution pH value is higher than 5.5 and the temperature is at 95 ℃ and 105 ℃:espectively, after reacting 5 h, the production rates of both (Pb- CO3 ) and Pb3 ( CO3 ) 2 (OH) 2 are higher than 80% after reacting 5 h. Furthermore ,it is revealed that temperature indirectly affects the formation of (PbCO3 ) and Pb3 (CO3 )2 (OH)2 through computer simulation using software MEDUSA.
