摘要
以即时全球打击(prompt global strike,PGS)武器的早期预警为应用背景,介绍了理想条件下从PGS投射到探测器上光子数的估算方法。给出了基于探测器量子效率的光生电荷数的计算方法。讨论了PGS辐射特征和运动特征、光生电荷数以及可检测电流阈值对于APD增益设计的影响。
Aiming at the application background of early warning of prompt global strike weapon(PGS),the calculation method about the number of photons from a(PGS)weapon to a detector is presented.The computation techniques for the number of photo-generated electric charges that based on the quantum efficiency of detector are introduced.The effects of PGS′s radiometric and dynamic characters,the number of photo-generated electric charges and the detectable current threshold on the gain design of avalanche photodiode are discussed.It shows that a certain application is related to a optimized detector gain.It′s a from top to bottom design method.
