摘要
介绍了北京大学图书馆在保持传统服务工作的基础上,增设多种服务项目,深化图书馆与读者的互动。通过这些措施,大大提高了图书馆的服务水平。
This paper mainly introduces that the Peking University Library adopts new approaches to deepen the interaction between the library and readers. By implementing the new approaches, the service level of the library has been greatly improved.
