摘要
本文回顾分析78例X线照片发现经手术病理证实乳房肿块的病例。良性肿块多呈圆形或类圆形,边缘光滑清楚,有晕征,密度中等,少见钙化,局部血管有受压推移改变。恶性肿块多为不规则或星芒状改变,边缘有毛刺,密度较高,可见点簇状或小条状钙化,局部血管增粗,皮肤可有增厚及乳头内陷等。但少数恶性肿块也表现为边缘清楚,有不完整晕征改变。不能确定良恶性时,应及时作肿物细针抽吸活检或手术切除。
The authors reviewed and analyzed 78 patients with breast mass detected in mammography and proved by operation and pathology. It is found that the benign masses were round, well-defined with/without halo sign, middle density, seldom with calcification; except the local vessels might displace slightly, there were no evidences of alteration in skin and nipples. The malignant masses were irregular or stellate, the margin might have spicules, the density increased with/without tiny granular or casting calcifition. The regional vessels might enlarge, the skin thicken and the nipple invaginate. However, a few malignant masses might be well-defined margin with incomplete halo sign. Therefore, when it is difficult to decide whether benign or malignant, the fine needle aspiration biopsy or operation should be suggested immediatelly to make an early diagnosis.
