摘要
新生血管性青光眼(neovascular glaucoma,NVG)是一种破坏性强、失明率高的难治性眼病。广泛的视网膜缺血是其主要原因,治疗效果较差。早期诊断及采取有效的治疗措施是控制眼压和保持较好视力的关键。我们依据近年来国内外相关文献,对NVG治疗方面取得的进展加以综述。
Neovascular glaucoma（NVG） is a kind of eye disease with strong destroy and high blindness rate.Extensive retinal ischemia is the main reason and there is lack of the effective treatment.Early diagnosis and effective treatment is the most important to control the intraocular pressure and maintain good vision.We will present the NVG treatment situation and future development trend in this paper.
