摘要 目的:探讨脂质过氧化物和中分子物质在实验性呼吸窘迫综合征中的变化和作用。方法:用油酸复制家兔呼吸窘迫征模型观察各项指标。结果:血及支气管肺泡灌洗液内MDA和中分子物质增高,GSH-Px和SOD起初被激活,但随时间的延长它们的活力逐渐降低。同时支气管肺泡灌洗液中的碱性磷酸酶和白蛋白定量均进行性增加,肺系数也增高。 Objective: Changes of MDA, GSHPx, SOD and MMS were probed into during experimental respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: The model of respiratory distress syndrome of rabbit was induced by oleic acid and the indexes were observed. Results: It was found that MDA and MMS were increased both in plasma and BALF(bronchialveolar lavage fluid), especially in the later. SOD and GSHPx were activated, but their activity was decreased gradually with the observation time prolonged. In the meanwhile, the lung coefficient and ALP, ALB content in BALF were increased progressivelly. Conclusion: The results suggested that the mechanism of RDS was related to the harmful effects of free radical and MMS.
