摘要
本文针对高新技术企业的特点,分析了人力资源风险产生的原因,并指出对不同类型的员工,其风险成因和特点也不相同,进而提出企业可从选人、育人、用人等过程以及人员类型这两种角度建立系统的防范措施。
According to the characteristics of human resource risk in high technology enterprise, the causes of human resource risk are analyzed to show that the causes and characteristics of risk vary with types of staff. And a systematic precaution is put forward in the respects of process of employment and types of staff.
