摘要
首先对建设中的朔黄铁路山西段沿线的水土流失及水土保持现状进行了分析，对因修建铁路而新增水土流失进行了预测。为确保铁路及周边地区的安全，避免水土流失的发生，对拟采取的各种绿化及工程措施进行了科学的论述。
It is analysed that the current conditions of the soil erosion and soil and water conservation, and it is forecast that the additional soil erosion for the railway being built. The various biological and engineering measures that will be taken are discussed scientifically for the sake of the safety of the railway and its neighbouring rigions, and the soil erosion is avoided.
