摘要
我厂3万t/a离子膜烧碱所用盐水是由引进瑞士苏尔寿公司的“盐硝联产、热法提硝”装置提供的,除SO2-4外其它杂质含量低。但盐水经处理进入电槽后,淡盐水中SO2-4含量将不断增加。分析盐水中SO2-4累积的原因,并提出了BaCl2去除SO2-4的设想,说明了此法经济的可行性。
The brine has low contents of impurities except SO 2- 4 in 30,000t/a ion-exchange membrane chlor-alkali unit of our plant,which is supplied by the “coproducing salt and nitrate by the thermal-process”production line introduced from Sulzer Ltd (Switzerland).However,after the treated brine entering the cell,SO 2- 4 content in it may increase continuously. This paper analyzes the reason for the accumulation of SO 2- 4 in the brine,proposes to remove SO 2- 4 using BaCl 2 and describes its economic feasibility as well.
