摘要
以掖单 13为材料 ,研究了氮肥对春玉米籽粒建成及品质的影响。结果表明 ,施氮后使籽粒干物质积累速率增加 ,平均高出无氮区 0 .16 g/穗· d,最大积累速率高出 5 .95 g/穗· d,是籽粒产量提高的原因之一 ;施氮后具有增加籽粒中脂肪、蛋白质及还原糖的作用 ,授粉后 42 d分别比无氮区高出 2 1.0 %、4.5 %和 70 .5 % ;施氮对籽粒中水溶性糖和淀粉的含量影响并不明显。籽粒形成过程中蛋白质与脂肪含量、淀粉与水溶性糖含量、淀粉与还原糖含量之间均呈负相关关系 ,相关系数分别为 - 0 .795、- 0 .986和 - 0 .
The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on seed and quality formation was studied with spring maize CV.Yedan No.13.The results indicated that the rate of dry matter accumulation was increased with applying nitrogen fertilizer,the average rate was higher by 0.16g one ear of grain per day and the Maximum rate was higher by 5.95g one ear of grain per day than no applying nitrogen fertilizer.It is one of the reason to increase yield of seed.The contents of fat,protein and reducing sugar was increased with nitrogen fertilizer,and it was respectively increased by 21.0,4.5 and 70.5 per cent after 42 days of pollinating,but the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the contents of soluble carbohydrate and starch was not evident.In the course of seed and quality formation,the protein and fat,the starch and soluble carbohydrate,the starch and reducing sugar content of seed was negatively correlated,and the coefficient of correlation was -0.795,-0.986 and -0.987,respectively.
