摘要
确立腐霉利在葡萄中的残留量的气相色谱分析方法。葡萄样本用丙酮提取后,萃取到正己烷中,柱净化后,用气相色谱电子俘获检测器检测。本方法对腐霉利在葡萄中的平均回收率为95%~100%,变异系数为5.6%~7.9%,最低检出量为0~16ng,最低检出浓度为0.08mg/kg。
The residual analysis method of procymidone in grapes by GC was developed in this study. The samples were extracted with acetone, then transferred into hexane, purified on column , and finally detected by GC-ECD. using the method, the average recovery was in the range 95% to 100%, and the corresponding variation coefficient in the range 5.6% to 7.9%. The limit of detection was 0.16ng in weight and 0.08mg/kg in concentration
