摘要
非公矿业经济是我国、云南省矿业经济重要的组成部分。讨论了云南发展非公矿业经济的必要性、可能性和发展方式。在非公矿业经济的发展中,政府应在配置矿业权、信息服务、融资、劳动、安全、环保等方面加强引导、监督和管理。
Non-public sector of the mining industry plays an important role in mining economy in Yunnan Province and in China as well. The article discussed the necessity, possibility and mode of the development of this sector in Yunnan. During the course of the development, relevant governments should strengthen leading, administration and supervision in allocation of the mining-rights, information services, financing, labor, safety, environmental protection, etc.
