摘要
本文主要介绍了通过引入亚胺基团,使用潜伏性固化促进剂,加入耐热性较好的活性树脂等措施研制成功了快干的F级少溶剂快干浸渍漆。该漆经试验表明具有快速干燥、挂漆量大、粘接牢靠、渗透性好等优点,能够满足F级电机绝缘的技术要求。
This paper mainly illustrates the procedure of making the quick-drying impregnating varnish of F Class by introducing the imide group, using the latent curing agent, using good thermal resistance property active resin etc. As experience shows, this paint has the advantage of quick drying, good saving, tightly bonding, and good impregnating ability etc. It can meet the technical requirement of the F Class insulation.
