摘要
在破坏性地震发生后,如何快速疏散高密集人群,转移救治危重伤员是应急指挥人员面临的首要问题。通过构建异地疏散专题模型和地震应急空间信息库,分析了伤员和灾民空间分布特点、异地疏散最佳路线和医疗机构空间分布情况。并以2007年宁洱6.4级地震为例进行了模型的模拟计算和分析,为地震应急指挥决策者确定应急疏散的最优方案提供了科学依据。
After an earthquake occurs,quick evacuation of people and the cure of injured people are chief problems in earthquake emergency.We propose the model and spatial database of people evacuation according to the spatial distribution characteristics of earthquake-stricken people,optimal evacuation route,and the sites of medical care services.And taking the 2007 Ning'er,Yunnan,earthquake as an example,we give simulation and calculation result based on the model.The results show that the model is helpful for the earthquake emergency commander to make best evacuation scheme.
