摘要
随着沿海软土地区城市建设的快速发展,市区的深基坑工程周围通常存在建(构)筑物、地铁隧道和地下管线等复杂敏感环境条件,基坑工程的开挖受到更严格的环境制约。结合上海地区大量深基坑工程设计和施工的实践,探讨了敏感环境下深基坑工程的设计方法。建议根据不同敏感环境的附加变形控制要求,结合深基坑工程的特点,采用针对性的设计对策。包括周边环境附加变形的预估、"时空效应"设计方法、主体工程与支护结构相结合、预加固措施、基坑分区施工和动态施工控制等方法,并结合实际工程对不同的设计方法进行了说明。
With the rapid development of urban construction in soft soil districts,more and more deep foundation pits have been constructed in close proximity to buildings,metro tunnels and underground service pipelines.Based on the design and construction practices of a large number of deep foundation pits in Shanghai soft soil district,the design methods for deep foundation pits in close proximity to sensitive properties were discussed.It was suggested that the design methods should consider different deformation control requests of different sensitive properties.Different design methods should be used to minimize the additional deformation to adjacent properties.These design methods included the numerical prediction method of the additional deformation of adjacent properties,the method of 'time-space effect',the top-down method,the pre-reinforcement method,the zoned excavation method and the process controlling method,which have been practiced in different projects in Shanghai urban areas.These design methods were illustrated using the in-situ measurement data and practice of different foundation pits.
