白细胞介素家族与骨关节炎相关性研究 被引量：3

摘要 骨关节炎是最常见的关节疾病之一,由多种因素相互作用而致病,严重影响患者的关节功能以及生活质量,在老年人群中的发病率较高,且女性多于男性。但其发病机制尚不完全明了,而临床治疗也大多以对症治疗为主,很难阻止OA的进程。目前认为细胞因子在OA发病中起着关键作用,其中白细胞介素是关键性因子之一,而以白细胞介素作为研究对象也是近些年针对OA发病机制研究的热点。本文就近几年国内在这方面的研究做一综述,以了解目前国内的研究现状。
