摘要
介绍了蒸发冷却高温冷水机组原理,分析了气水比对其出水温度的影响;得出气水比的过大或者过小对该高温冷水机组出水温度的影响;结合某办公楼应用该机组的数据,得出该蒸发冷却高温冷水机组最佳气水比为1.4,当气水比从1.0增加到1.4时冷却效率从55%增加到87%,冷却效率增加了32%;出水温度从18.5℃降低到15.8℃,出水温度降低2.7℃。在干燥以及中等湿度地区该高温冷水机组值得进一步推广应用以取代部分机械制冷,达到节能减排的全球目标。
The principle of the evaporative cooling C VXhigh temperature chiller has been introduced and the effect of the outlet temperature which changed with the air water ratio has been analysed.The influence of outlet temperature on the high temperature chiller when the air water ratio increasing or descending has been studied.Combining with the actual measurement datas of a chiller which used in an office building,the best air water ratio of high temperature chiller has been got and the best result is 1.4.The chilling efficiency that increased to 87% from 55% has been rised 32%,when the air water ratio has been became to 1.4 from 1.0.The outlet temperature has been decreased 2.7℃ which reduce to 15.8℃ from 18.5℃.In order to achieve the world energy saving target,it should be popularized that the high temperature chiller should instead part of mechanical refrigeration in the dry and middle-moist area in China.
