摘要
我国高职教育中高职学生顶岗实习期间存在着人身伤害的法律问题,如何健全相关的法律规范,强化对高职学生顶岗实习的有效管理,以确保高职学生顶岗实习的顺利进行,保障高职学生、高职院校和用人单位的合法权益,是本文要探讨的主要问题。
Personal injuries happen to higher vocational students during their work placement.Therefore,this article mainly explode how to perfect relevant legal norms so as to strengthen management efficiency of the work placement,thus to ensure the work placement and protect the rights of the students,the colleges and the businesses.
