用柠檬酸络合助溶的等体积浸渍法制备了不同载体(γ-Al_2O_3、SiO_2、TiO_2、ZrO_2和CeO_2)负载的系列钒氧化物催化剂,使用红外光谱对催化剂硫中毒老化后的结构进行表征,采用程序升温氧化反应技术评价了硫老化后的催化剂对柴油碳烟催化燃烧的活性。结果表明,负载钒基氧化物催化剂硫老化后,催化剂表面主要以亚硫酸盐物种的形态存在。硫老化对催化剂活性有一定影响,催化剂硫老化后,催化活性降低,碳烟燃烧的温度升高。对不同载体负载的钒基氧化物催化剂来说,V_4/TiO_2和V_4/ZrO_2催化剂的抗硫中毒性能最好,V_4/Al_2O_3和V_4/SiO_2催化剂次之,V_4/CeO_2催化剂最差。
Different carrier supported vanadium oxide catalysts were prepared by incipient-wetness impreg- nation method with citric acid as solubilizer and complex. The structure of the catalysts after calcination under SO2 atmosphere was characterized by IR spectroscopy techiques, and their catalytic performance for diesel soot combustion was investigated by temperature-programmed oxidation reaction (TPO). The results showed that some sulfite species were the main existing forms on the surface of the catalysts calcined un- der SO2 atmosphere. The catalytic activities of the catalysts decreased and soot combustion temperature increased. V4/TiO2 and V4/ZrO2 catalysts exhibited the best ability of the resistance to SO2 poison among different carrier supported vanadium oxide catalysts, and the ability of the resistance to SO2 poison of V4/ Al2O3 and V4/SiO2 catalysts became poor, and that of V4/CeO2 catalyst was the worst.
