主动自锁托槽与传统直丝托槽的临床应用对比分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的:比较自锁托槽与传统直丝托槽对患者的初戴适应程度、牙龈健康、托槽脱落率的影响。方法:选择2006~2008年来我科就诊的正畸患者30例,年龄12~16岁,自锁托槽15例,MBT托槽15例,分别记录戴矫治器后的前7天疼痛和/或不适的发生强度;戴矫治器后1、3、6个月下切牙牙龈指数(GI),菌斑指数(PLI),龈沟出血指数(SBI);记录开始治疗1年内两组患者托槽脱落数。结果:两组患者在戴固定矫治器后前7天疼痛和/或不适发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05);自锁托槽组牙周指数明显低于传统直丝托槽组(P<0.05);自锁托槽组的托槽脱落率远低于传统托槽(P<0.05)。结论:与传统直丝托槽比较,自锁托槽矫治器初戴适应性无差别,但更有利于牙周组织健康,并降低了托槽脱落率。 Objective To compare the degree of tolerance,the periodontal health and the failure of brackets bonded between patients with self-ligating brackets and conventional straight wire brackets.Methods A total of 30 patients accepting orthodontic treatment in our department during 2006 to 2008,aging 12~16 years,including 15 patients bonded with self-ligating brackets and 15 patients bonded with conventional brackets.They were surveyed with questionnaire to record the degree of discomfort within the first 7 days after archwire placement.The gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and plaque index(PLI) of mandibular incisor were recorded respectively at 1 month,3 months and 6 months.The times of rebonding were recorded within 1 year after first bonding.Results There was no significant difference in tolerance between the two groups of patients with self-ligating brackets and conventional straight wire brackets within 7 days after initial alignment(P0.05).The periodontal index and the rate of rebonding were significantly lower in the group of self-ligating brackets.Conclusion There is no difference between conventional brackets and self-ligating brackets in the degree of discomfort.But self-ligating brackets have the advantage of keeping periodontal health and decreasing the rate of rebonding.
