毛细支气管炎发病中细胞因子作用的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 毛细支气管炎是由多种病原引起的婴幼儿最常见的下呼吸道感染性疾病。由于毛细支气管炎与哮喘具有相似的临床表现、细胞因子和炎症因子的改变,认为其可能具有与哮喘相似的发病机制。因此,毛细支气管炎细胞因子研究对揭示毛细支气管炎的发病机制,探索毛细支气管炎新的治疗方法具有极其重要的作用。 Bronchiolitis is the most common lower respiratory tract inflammation in infants caused by a variety of pathogens. As bronchiolitis and asthma share similar clinical manifestations, changes of cytokines and inflammatory factors,it is believed that brondiiorhitis has a similar pathogenesis as asthma. Therefore,researches on cytokines in bronchiolitis are of great importance to reveal the pathogenesis and explore new treatments of bronehiolitis.
