摘要
目的观察颈性心绞痛家兔模型颈肌组织细胞凋亡的情况。方法选用大耳白兔,采用低头干预使家兔颈椎退变失稳并注射瘀血使其诱发出现心肌缺血性改变,建立颈性心绞痛动物模型,运用免疫组化观察颈肌细胞凋亡情况。结果 对照组可见标本内大部分为蓝色细胞核,凋亡的棕黄色核亦可散分布于各肌纤维核中间。模型组于肌纤维内可发现集中成串的棕黄色凋亡细胞核。结论 颈性心绞痛家兔模型颈肌组织存在细胞凋亡,并受异常应力及炎症刺激等因素的影响,肌细胞凋亡被诱发加快。
Objective To observe the apoptosis in the cervical muscle tissue of rabbit model with cervical coronary heart disease.Methods The animal model with cervical coronary heart disease was established by the injection of blood stagnation to induce the change of myocardial ischemia.After that,the apoptosis in the cervical muscle was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Most parts of samples in control group were all blue cell nucleus while the apoptosis buffy nuclei dispersed among various muscle fibers nuclei.Concentrated bunchy apoptosis buffy nuclei could be observed in model group.Conclusion There is apoptosis in the rabbit model with cervical coronary heart disease,and chronic anomaly stress force and stimulation of inflammatory factor,can enhance the apoptosis.
