摘要
目的观察美宝创疡贴对下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法自2008年7月至2010年8月,对我院收治的28例下肢慢性溃疡患者应用美宝创疡贴治疗,观察其创面愈合情况。结果 28例下肢慢性溃疡应用美宝创疡贴后均获得好转,其中,22例治愈,仅6例进行了植皮或皮瓣手术。结论美宝创疡贴治疗下肢慢性溃疡有较好的安全性、有效性和实用性。
Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of chro- nic ulcers on lower extremity. Methods From July 2008 to August 2010, 28 patients with chronic ulcers on lower extremi- ty from our hospital were all treated by MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing and then conditions of wound healing were ob- served. Results The 28 patients with chronic ulcers on lower extremity were all improved after application of MEBO Dress- ing, 22 patients among them were cured, only 6 received skin grafting or flap surgery. Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is safe, effective and practical in the treatment of chronic ulcer on lower extremity.
