摘要
目的通过在神经外科护理工作中实施风险管理措施,探讨风险管理在临床护理工作中的影响及其作用,从而为患者提供安全、优质、有效、有序的护理服务。方法辨别临床神经外科护理工作中现存的及潜在的风险,通过强化护理人员的风险意识以及防范能力培训,加大风险监控,改善工作流程,建立常见风险应急程序和健全工作制度。将我科实施风险管理前后的护理风险事件的发生率进行对比,并将所得结果进行统计学分析。结果实施风险管理后,护理风险事件发生率明显减低,与实施管理前相比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时提高了工作效率,改善了护患关系,强化了护理人员的风险防范意识和能力,降低了风险事件的发生率。结论风险管理是一项持续的、长期的程序管理措施,只有不断强化护理人员的风险意识,加强风险监控,提高应对能力,才能有效预防及减少护理风险的发生。
Objective Through implementing the risk management measures in neurosurgery nursing work, to investigate the risk management in clinical nursing and its effect, so as to provide patients with safe, high quality, efficient, orderly nursing service. Methods To identify clinical neurosurgery nursing work in the existing and potential risk, through strengthen the nurses＇ risk awareness as well as the defense ability training, increase risk monitoring, improve workflow, establishing the common risk of emergency procedures and sound work system. Our department before and after the implementation of risk management, nursing risk events were analyzed, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results After the implementation of risk management, nursing risk event rate was significantly lower, and implementation of the management before comparing the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. At the same time, improved work efficiency, improved the nurse-patient relationship, strengthened the nursing staff risk prevention awareness and ability, reduced the risk of incident rate. Conclusion Risk management is a continuous, long-term program management measures, only continue to strengthen the nurses＇ risk awareness, strengthen risk monitoring, improve the ability to deal with, can effectively prevent and reduce nursing risk.
