帕金森病患者的抑郁症状与生活质量 被引量：8

摘要 当前越来越多的学者关注帕金森病（Parkinson’s diseas，PD）患者的生活质量。而近年来的研究表明，PD患者除运动障碍外还普遍存在抑郁、焦虑、自主神经功能紊乱、睡眠障碍等一些非运动症状，这些可严重影响着患者的生活质量，其中尤以PD伴发的抑郁或情感淡漠影响明显。故本研究对PD合并抑郁患者的生活质量进行直接的评估，进一步评价PD的抑郁症状与生活质量的关系。
