酒钢CSP 120 t精炼钢包过程控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过对酒钢CSP钢包过程控制研究表明:静置钢包内壁温降1℃/min,外壁温降0.4℃/min;钢包内外壁的温差为:包底>包壁>渣线;随钢包的综合包龄、一次性包龄的增加,钢水的温降越大;缩短钢包的循环周期,减少周转钢包的数量,利于钢包的循环、管理。 The process control of CSP ladle of Jiuquan IronSteel Group Ltd.was investigated in this paper.It showed that temperature drop of static ladle's inside wall was 1℃/min and temperature drop of static ladle's outside wall was 0.4℃/min.The temperature difference between inside wall and outside wall get bigger from ladle bottom,to wall and to slag lining.The temperature drop of molten steel increases with the increase in the service lives of ladle and ladle's slag lining bricks.It was beneficial to ladle's circulation and administration by reducing the ladle's cycle time and cycle quantity.
