摘要
本文阐述在役起重机金属结构安全评估的必要性、重要性和现状,介绍了应力测试的在起重机金属结构安全评估中的作用和优势,通过应力测试在起重机安全评估中的成功案例,总结了应力测试的关键工序和现场应用经验。为起重机安全评估提供了一条有效的方法,为应力测试在起重机安全评估中的应用提供了技术支撑。
The carrying capacity of metal structures can be drawn by the ratio of stress and yield strength. The necessity, importance and current situation of safety assessment in cranes in service are described in this paper. At the same time, the role and advantages of stress testing in crane safety assessment are described. Through the successful case of stress testing in crane safety assessment, the key procedures and field experience of stress testing are summarized. This paper provided an effective method for crane safety assessment, and a technical support for the application of stress testing in crane safety assessment was provided.
