摘要
随着高职院校服务地方经济社会发展功能的加强,单一的专任教师队伍已不能满足高职院校人才培养模式的需要,因此要加强兼职教师队伍建设,充分发挥其师资力量,对于促进高职教育的发展有着十分重要的意义。可以从当前兼职教师对高职教育事业发展的作用及管理存在问题进行分析,结合学校的实际,提出几点加强管理的方法。
With the increasing social function of higher vocational colleges, more part-time teachers are needed to complement the insufficient role that full-time teachers play in training vocational college students. It is, therefore, of great significance for vocational colleges to optimize their part-time teaching staff. This paper analyzes the role that part-time teachers play in vocational college education and the problems existing in the management of these teachers. Some ways of improving management are put forth in view of the current situation of the author's college.
